How do I request a quote?
Use our online quote form or email info@aus-clean.com.au. We will come back with a quick, competitive quote priced per job and tailored to your site.
How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to service requests within 24 hours, and sooner for urgent jobs.
How do you select and screen cleaners?
We run an extensive screening process to select the right people, putting security and trust first. Every new team member then completes orientation and training.
What is your performance guarantee?
We guarantee our work will meet your expectations. If there is ever an issue, tell us and we will fix it the next day.
Do you check the quality of your team's work?
Yes. We carry out regular follow-up checks so our team maintains a high standard of service.
How is pricing worked out?
Every quote is a fixed price per job, based on your site, scope and how often you need us. You know the cost before we start.
